Myrciaria aff tenella var "Gigante" fruits have Subacid sweet taste with great flavour.fruits have double the size of the regular M.aff. tenella. Specie could be found at altitudes of 700 to 800 meters in south Brazil and is cold hardy to -3/-4 degrees celsius.
